1 - Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company complies with any applicable laws and regulations that may apply to the handling and protection of personal data by the Company.
2 - Collection of Personal Data
Upon collecting your personal data, the Company specifies the intended use of the data to the best of its ability and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Company collects the following categories of personal data.
Your name, telephone number, home address, e-mail address, company name, title or position, cookie and other online identifier, date of birth, nationality, education and qualification details, your gender, your CV, photograph, passport number, marital status, other details set out in your application, responses to questionnaire, inquiry details and any other information you provided to us.
3 - Sources of Personal Data
The Company may obtain your personal data directly from you or any other source, including, but not limited to the following:
- (a) provided directly by you when we are establishing a business relationship with you, including information obtained by business card exchange and submitted by you in various documents; and/or
- (b) provided when you respond to questionnaires or surveys or when you communicate with us through phone calls, emails, and/or other correspondence.
4 - Obligation to Provide Personal Data
In general, providing your personal data shall be made voluntary. In some cases, however, the Company may need your personal data; for example, when we enter into a contract with you. In such case, your refusal to provision of your personal data may cause us impossible to enter into a contract with you or provide any other services relating to your personal data.
5 - Legal Grounds and Purposes of Use of Personal Data
The Company shall only use your personal data when supported by appropriate legal grounds under the applicable laws and regulations within the scope of the following purposes of use.

7 - Security Management Measures
The Company takes the following security management measures for personal data.
In order to ensure the proper handling of personal data, the Company has defined basic rules on relevant matters, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- 2 - Establishment of Rules
The Company has established rules on handling methods, persons in charge, its duties, and other relevant matters at each stage of collection, use, storage, provision, deletion, and disposal of personal data, and periodically reviews them.
- 3 - Organizational Security Management Measures
In addition to appointing a person responsible for the handling of personal data, the Company has clarified its officers/employees, and the scope of personal data handled by such officers/employees, and has established a system to report to the responsible person when an officer/employee is aware of any facts or signs that violate laws and regulations.
The Company conducts periodical self-inspections and audits on the handling of personal data.
4 - Human Security Management Measures
The Company conducts periodic training for officers/employees on the handling of personal data, incorporates confidentiality obligations in the Company's Rules of Employment, and makes them aware within the Company.
5 - Physical Security Management Measures
In areas where personal data is handled, the Company controls the entry and exit of officers/employees and equipment, and implements measures to prevent unauthorized persons from viewing personal data.
In addition to taking measures to prevent theft or loss of equipment and electronic media that handles personal data, the Company has implemented measures to prevent the easily revealing of personal data when carrying such equipment and electronic media.
6 - Technical Security Management Measures
The Company has introduced a system to limit the scope of officers/employees and the scope of personal data handled by such officers/employees by controlling access, and to protect information systems that handle personal data from external unauthorized access or software.
8 - Continuous Improvement
The Company shall strive to protect personal data by continuously improving its handling of personal data.
9 - Transfer of Personal Data to Foreign Countries
The Company may transfer personal data outside of your countries of residence. These countries may not have personal data protection laws as comprehensive as those that exist in your country of residence, and the same level of protection as that set forth in the personal data protection laws in your country may not necessarily be guaranteed. In such case, the Company shall implement necessary safety management measures pursuant to the requirements of the applicable laws.
10 - Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored securely in the Company’s data server or in a third party’s data server. The Company will strictly control access to personal data and will review such access control from time to time. The Company will retain and use your personal data until the purpose of processing of personal data is achieved. When the purpose is achieved, such personal data will be destroyed without delay.
The Company may retain the personal data for a longer period if it is necessary, provided, however, your personal data will never be kept for longer than required for the purpose of which it has been collected or processed, in accordance with the applicable laws or legislations.

With respect to personal data managed by the Company, you have certain rights pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations, which may include the following rights of the data subject:

The Company may disclose your Personal Information to a third party for business purposes or commercial purposes. When the Company discloses your Personal Information to service providers or contractors for business purposes or commercial purposes, the Company enters into a contract that describes such purposes and requires the service providers or contractors to keep such Personal Information confidential and to not use the same for any purpose except for performing the contract.

5 - Your Rights and Choices under the CCPA
The CCPA provides consumers who are residents of California with specific rights regarding Personal Information. The following parts of this Section describe your rights and explain how to exercise those rights under the CCPA.
- 1) Right to Access Specific Information
You have the right to request that the Company discloses certain information to you about our collection, sharing, disclosure or use of your Personal Information over the past twelve (12) months from the time of your request. Once the Company receives and confirms your verifiable consumer request, the Company will disclose to you the following information:
- (a) The categories of the Personal Information the Company collected about you;
- (b) The categories of sources of the Personal Information the Company collected about you;
- (c) Our business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling or sharing that Personal Information;
- (d) The categories of third parties with whom the Company discloses, sells or shares that Personal Information;
- (e) The categories of Personal Information disclosed, sold or shared with each third party; and

- 2) Right to Request Deletion
You have the right to request that the Company deletes any of your Personal Information that the Company collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once the Company receives and confirms your verifiable consumer request, the Company will delete (and notify our service providers or contractors and third parties to whom the Company has sold or shared such Personal Information to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.
The Company may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for the Company or our service providers or contractors to:

- (f) Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research that conforms or adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the ability to complete such research, if you previously provided informed consent;
- (g) Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with the Company and compatible with the context in which you provided the information; or
- (h) Comply with legal obligations.
- 3) Right to Request Correction
You have the right to request that the Company corrects any of your inaccurate Personal Information that the Company collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once the Company receives and confirms your verifiable consumer request, the Company will correct (and notify our service providers or contractors and third parties to whom the Company has sold or shared such Personal Information to correct) your inaccurate Personal Information. The Company may deny your correction request if we determine that the contested Personal Information is more likely than not accurate based on the totality of the circumstances.
- 4) Opt-Out Rights
The Company has not sold or shared and will not sell or share your Personal Information that the Company has collected from you.
- 5) Non-Discrimination
The Company will not discriminate against California residents for exercising any of their rights under the CCPA. Moreover, unless permitted by the CCPA, the Company will not:
- (a) Deny you goods or services;
- (b) Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;
- (c) Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
- (d) Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services; or
- (e) Retaliate against an employee, applicant for employment, or independent contractor.
- 6) Exercising Access, Deletion and Correction Rights
To exercise the access, deletion and correction rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to the Company by contacting the Company in the manner set forth in the Section 6 (Contact Us).
Only you, or a natural person or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, or a person who has power of attorney or is acting as a conservator for you, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
The verifiable consumer request must:
- (a) Provide sufficient information that allows the Company to reasonably verify you are the person about whom the Company collected Personal Information or an authorized representative (e.g. name, email address, company name, Driver’s License or another license); and
- (b) Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows the Company to properly understand, evaluate, and respond thereto.
